Day By Day Details

Day 1 – Arrival in Zanzibar

Welcome to Zanzibar! Upon arrival at Abeid Amani Karume International Airport, transfer to your beach resort.

Relax, swim, and unwind along the Indian Ocean.

After breakfast, explore the narrow alleys and history of Stone Town, followed by a guided spice farm tour where you’ll discover why Zanzibar is called the “Spice Island.”

Return to your beach resort for leisure time.

Morning bush flight from Zanzibar to Mikumi.

Upon arrival, enjoy a full-day game drive with picnic lunch. Mikumi’s open plains provide excellent wildlife viewing — lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffalo, and hippos are commonly spotted.

Late afternoon transfer to your lodge in or near Mikumi.
